He has led culinary collaborations with Etihad Airways lounges & flights as well as reputable brands such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Vacheron Constantin, Louis Vuitton & has been entrusted to cater for the President of the UAE, his royal dignitaries, & international delegations. His work representing the UAE in Paris, London, and Albania, through embassy events & global culinary projects, has solidified his role as a cultural ambassador of Emirati cuisine.
